Stephanie Poon

Managing associate

Stephanie is a managing associate in our Hong Kong office with extensive experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolutions, with a focus in shareholders' disputes and contentious probate/trust matters.

Stephanie was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2014.

Prior to joining Stephenson Harwood, Stephanie worked in the litigation department of a major international firm, and has experience in advising clients in cross-border disputes and working with multiple BVI and Cayman Islands' Counsel.

Stephanie is also experienced in contentious trust and probate litigation for high net worth client.  She also advises clients on arbitration disputes involving HKIAC, CIETAC etc.

Stephanie speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
