Tracy’s practice spans asset tracing and recovery, civil and commercial litigation, and employment law. She acts for international corporations, financial institutes, school boards as well as private clients regularly, and provides them with practical advice and solutions.

Tracy is an of counsel at Stephenson Harwood. Before joining the firm, she was a consultant at the Hong Kong office of a leading PRC firm where she acted on a wide range of matters ranging from urgent injunction applications, cross-border trade disputes, shareholders’ disputes, to sensitive personal matters such as mental health cases, personal injuries claims and child adoptions.

She has extensive experience and knowledge in dealing with asset tracing and recovery cases. She represented victims of fraud or judgment creditors; she has also defended clients in resisting injunction and disclosure applications, and advised banks on the related applications and Court procedures.

Tracy also advises employers, senior executives and other employees on all aspects of employment-related issues, including recruitment, employment terms and benefits, employment policies, restrictive covenants, transfers and termination of employment. She handles employment disputes and conducts labour proceedings for her clients.

Tracy’s excellent client service, outstanding work quality and dedication to her craft is recognized by her having been named the exclusive winner for the Lexology Client Choice Awards 2022 in the area of asset recovery within the Hong Kong jurisdiction, whose winners are selected by nominations and submissions from corporate counsels exclusively.
