Associate

Samantha is an associate within the Middle East disputes resolution and international arbitration practice. She has built up a wealth of experience in resolving disputes in both an advisory and formal dispute resolution setting, and regularly represents clients in complex, high-value, multi-jurisdictional disputes, investigations and regulatory matters.

Having practiced in the Middle East since 2015, Samantha is familiar with the substantive laws and legal procedures in relation to a number of jurisdictions, court systems and arbitral institutions, including the LCIA, ICC, DIFC-LCIA and DIAC. 
 
During Samantha's time at the firm she has also undertaken a secondment with a leading GCC real estate developer where she gained valuable insights into the working practices and demands of in-house counsel in the region.
 
Samantha is a currently a member of the CIArb Young Members Group (YMG).
