Marcus is an associate in our commercial litigation and competition teams, acting for a range of clients on both contentious and non-contentious competition law cases.
Marcus has experience advising clients in competition private enforcement actions, including the current interchange fee litigation against Visa and Mastercard, as well as cartel investigations, behavioural practices/policies and on transactions involving both UK and EU merger control issues and foreign direction investment rules.
